Where we’ve been since Sunday…
Posted in: Slice of Life on June 13, 2006 at 6:25 am by Glenn.Recovering from a dismal performance from my Triathlon on Saturday (race report pending), we all took a trek down south to: La Costa Resort and Spa. As of today, my calf muscles are still tight and my left calf is extremely sore. But I was back on the treadmill yesterday (at the resorts fitness center) with a 2 mile run and weight training.
After a LONG DAY of shopping at the local outlet mall, we were back in the pool for a couple of hours and then to ‘uncle James’ house for a yummy Thai dinner.
Today… Lego Land!
